SHIPPING PROCEDURES

TRUST THY TRESS NOW BOASTS FASTER ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPMENT PERIODS THAN BEFORE!

1. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF EACH CUSTOM CROCHET WIG/PRODUCT, AS SHIPPING INFORMATION DETAILED WITHIN THE DESCRIPTION OF A PARTICULAR CROCHET WIG MAY VARY.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING SHIPMENT PROCEDURES.

2. CUSTOMERS WITH AN ORDER THAT CONTAINS TWO OR MORE WIGS MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE PERTAINING TO SHIPMENT.
IN AN INSTANCE WHERE AN ORDER CONTAINS TWO OR MORE WIGS, ALL OF THE WIGS WITHIN THE ORDER WILL SHIP ACCORDING TO THE DATE THAT IS FURTHEST OUT (THE LATEST DATE).

2A. CUSTOMER MAY REQUEST THAT THE UNITS WITHIN AN ORDER SHIP ACCORDING TO THEIR RESPECTIVE SHIPMENT PERIOD, BUT CUSTOMER MUST UNDERSTAND THIS OPTION WILL REQUIRE A PAYPAL INVOICE (IN THE AMOUNT OF $5.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL WIG). NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE NOT CHARGED FOR THE FIRST WIG. SHIPPING IS INCLUDED FOR ORDERS CONTAINING ONE WIG. ONCE THE PAYPAL INVOICE IS ISSUED IT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ITS DELIVERY. CUSTOMER MUST AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THE INVOICE.

3. ORDER PROCESSING (ALSO KNOWN AS SHIPMENT PERIODS) RANGE FROM ONE BUSINESS DAY TO APPROXIMATELY 10 BUSINESS DAYS. BASED ON THIS INFORMATION, ORDERS CAN PROCESS ANYWHERE FROM ONE TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS, THEN THE PRODUCT WILL SHIP!
NOTE: TRUST THY TRESS OBSERVES MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

4. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL EMAILS SENT DIRECTLY FROM TRUSTTHYTRESS@GMAIL.COM. TO ASSURE CUSTOMERS EMAILS WERE INDEED SENT BY THE AFOREMENTIONED ACCOUNT, SCREENSHOTS/FULL CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER IN A PDF FILE.

5. ALL CUSTOMERS RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM THE OFFICIAL EMAIL: TRUSTTHYTRESS@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24 TO 72 HOURS (CAN EXCLUDE WEEKENDS), EXPLICITLY STATING THE TIME IN WHICH THE UNIT IS GUARANTEED TO SHIP.

6. CUSTOMERS (MAY) RECEIVE A TOTAL OF TWO EMAILS RELATED TO PRODUCT SHIPMENT. AN AUTOMATED EMAIL FROM SUPPORT@SHIPROBOT.COM, WHICH PROVIDES THE TRACKING NUMBER, ALONG WITH A DIRECT LINK TO TRACK THE PACKAGE. NOTE: THIS EMAIL IS SENT ONCE THE SHIPPING LABEL IS CREATED. REVIEW SPAM FOLDERS OF EMAIL ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAYPAL TRANSACTION. SHIPMENT LABELS CAN BE CREATED SEVERAL HOURS PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE VIA USPS.

6A. THE SECOND SHIPPING EMAIL WHICH CONFIRMS SHIPMENT (PROVIDING ACCURATE DATE/ TRACKING NUMBERS AND APPLICABLE TRACKING LINKS) IS SENT BY TRUSTTHYTRESS@GMAIL.COM. THIS EMAIL MAY BE SENT WITHIN TWO TO 24-48 HOURS OF THE PRODUCT BEING SHIPPED. (CONFIRMATION MAY BE SENT AFTER CUSTOMER INQUIRES).

7. ALL ORDERS FULFILLED BY TRUST THY TRESS ARE DELIVERED VIA USPS PRIORITY.

7A. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FULFILLED BY TRUST THY TRESS ARE DELIVERED AS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL OR FIRST CLASS PACKAGE (WHICH WILL BE SPECIFIED ONCE TRACKING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED).

8. CUSTOMERS MAY REQUEST DELIVERY WITH SIGNATURE AND/OR IDENTIFICATION WHEN PLACING THEIR ORDER, BUT THIS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

  • USE THE CUSTOMER NOTICE BOX TO ANNOTATE THIS REQUEST. (PLEASE REFRAIN FROM MAKING SUCH REQUESTS AFTER PAYMENT). REQUESTS FOR SIGNATURE CAN BE DENIED AT SHOP OWNER'S DISCRETION.

9. DURING THE HOLIDAYS (DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER - JANUARY), CUSTOMERS MAY BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR THEIR PACKAGE. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR THE ORDER CONFIRMATION IF IN EFFECT!

9A. CHANGING NAMES AND/OR LOCATION FOR SHIPMENT:

TRUST THY TRESS WILL NOT MODIFY SHIPMENT INFORMATION (PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND/OR NAME) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. TRUST THY TRESS WILL REFUND TOTAL ORDER VALUE AND CUSTOMER CAN REPURCHASE THE PRODUCT WITH THE APPROPRIATE NAME AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

10. FOR USPS PRIORITY, MOST ORDERS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN TWO TO FOUR DAYS (EXCLUDING SUNDAY AND MAJOR HOLIDAYS). FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, EXPECT ADDITIONAL TIME FOR DELIVERY.

11. RUSH ORDERS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED, BUT CUSTOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO PAY ASSOCIATED FEES DETAILED WITHIN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, OR AS DETAILED IN AN EMAIL / INVOICE.

11A. RUSH ORDERS MAY BE FULFILLED, BUT PAYMENT/PURCHASE IS TO BE COMPLETED THROUGH A PAYPAL INVOICE.

12. CUSTOMERS MUST CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND VERIFY BOTH THE EMAIL ADDRESS, ALONG WITH THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

13. TRACKING INFORMATION FOR ALL ORDERS:

CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL DETAILING THEIR SHIPPING/TRACKING INFORMATION.

*NOTE* IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION, FIRST, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, THEN SEND AN EMAIL TO TRUSTTHYTRESS@GMAIL.COM

PLEASE ALLOW A FEW HOURS FOR THE USPS DATABASE TO GENERATE THE TRACKING INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE. TRACKING DETAILS ARE NOT LOADED IMMEDIATELY. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.

13A. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, USPS PROVIDES LIMITED TRACKING UPDATES ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES THE UNITED STATES.

14. TRUST THY TRESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY USPS AND/OR SHIPPED!
